How to make a reservation?

Booking our venue is very easy. Go to the booking page and see what days are available in our calendar. Select the one that suits you best, make the payment, accept the conditions and that's it. We will keep that day, or the selected time slot, for you.

Can I hire Sala Baccum by the hour?

You can make full day bookings, between 10.30 and 24.00 midnight, and it is also possible to make half-day bookings: mornings, from 10.30 to 17.00 and evenings, from 19.00 to 24.00 midnight.

If you wish to extend the full day or evening timetable, you can do so, by the hour, until 02.00, paying the additional cost. To extend the morning opening hours, you must first check availability, which is subject to possible afternoon bookings.

¿Cómo y cuándo se paga la fianza?

The deposit, which is a fixed amount of 700 € for both full and half-day bookings, is paid on the day of the event, when the keys are handed over.

Payment can be made in cash, with Bizum or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded once it has been verified that there has been no damage to the equipment or the venue, by the method used for payment.

What is the capacity of the establishment?

Baccum has a maximum capacity of 32 people, which is the number of diners that can be comfortably seated at the tables in the dining room.

Can I bring my own chef or do I have to hire one from you?

At Baccum we have at your disposal our lounge/dining room and a complete and professionally equipped kitchen. From there, we can help you with whatever you need. You can cook yourself or bring your favourite chef, we can also take care of the chef depending on the gastronomic style you fancy. Don't hesitate to contact us and we will give you a tailor-made quotation.

Can I bring any festive decorations?

As you can see in the pictures, our room is elegantly decorated, but that does not mean that you can't have a special gesture for the host or the guests by adding a personal element, or the typical "happy birthday" garland.

Can I celebrate children's parties in Sala Baccum?

Our room is a sophisticated and elegant space, comfortably equipped for adults, with two large tables ideal for gastronomic events and meetings, but it would be too formal for children, who prefer the freedom of playing in an open space, without furniture, rather than sitting at the table to eat.

What kind of events can I hold at Sala Baccum?

You can hold a multitude of events around a table: a lunch or dinner with friends, a business meeting, an anniversary, an afternoon of "sport" with colleagues, snacking and watching the match, a training day, a cooking workshop with your work colleagues, your parents' golden wedding anniversary, a wine or craft beer tasting, a meeting between partners away from the pressure of the office...

Do I have to clean up after my event?

When you make a reservation at Sala Baccum, you will find everything in perfect condition at the time of your event. After your event, you don't have to worry about cleaning. We take care of leaving it completely clean and tidy for the next use.
